Terms and conditions

These terms apply to everyone who uses Estate24 (the "platform"). The operator is named in the imprint. By creating an account or publishing a listing you accept these terms.

1. The service

Estate24 is a marketplace where owners, agencies and developers publish property listings and people looking for a property contact them. Estate24 is not a party to any contract between them and does not act as a broker.

2. Accounts

You must give correct information and keep your password secret. One person may have one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

3. Listings

You may only publish properties that you own or are authorised to offer. Listings must be true and complete, show the actual property and state the real price. Not allowed: misleading or duplicate listings, listings for properties that are no longer available, discriminatory content, and anything unlawful.

Listings must be confirmed every six months; otherwise they are archived. We may block, archive or remove listings that break these rules and will tell you why.

4. Agencies and developers

Agency and developer profiles are checked before they go public. The person who creates a profile confirms that they may act for the company. Members of an agency act on its behalf within the platform.

5. Paid services

Boosts are paid in advance through Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), which sells them to you as our reseller. A Boost starts when Polar confirms the payment and runs for the stated period. Prices include all taxes that apply. Polar's own terms apply to the payment.

The optional Verified badge for people is paid the same way and lasts 12 months from the confirmed payment; it does not renew automatically. It shows that the account paid and confirmed its email address. It is not a check of identity, phone number or ownership, and it does not affect how listings are ranked. We may remove a badge if these terms are broken; a removed badge is not refunded automatically.

6. Imported ads

We may prepare private, unpublished copies of ads that their owners published on other public classifieds sites and invite the owners to take them over. Such copies become public only if the owner accepts and publishes them. Owners can delete the copy or opt out of being contacted at any time.

7. Content and rights

You keep the rights to your photos and texts and give us the right to show them on the platform and to promote your listing. You confirm that you may use them.

8. Liability

We check listings that are reported to us, but we cannot check every listing in advance. We are not liable for the content of listings or for agreements between users, except where the law does not allow such a limitation (for example for intent or gross negligence).

9. Changes and law

We may change these terms; we will announce important changes in advance. The law of the Republic of North Macedonia applies.
